The technician was on time and very helpful. I’ve had my carpets cleaned with different companies throughout the years and so far this time has been the best results. I’m not sure how or why I never heard of ZeroRez before but so glad I found them from googling and saw all the good reviews. Great results, every spot that was on the carpet is gone. And especially happy with the stairs, they look brand new! I also love that I got a bottle of the zero water cleaning solution to use. My pet already tracked in mud and I sprayed that on it and blotted with a paper towel and it came right up! Plan to use ZeroRez next time!

We greeted them with our really bad experience from a previous duct cleaning years ago; but decided we had to bite the bullet and get it done.
