The speed of the carpet cleaning was most surprising to me. That’s including the time our service rep, Shane, worked out a solution to get the hoses in the right spot for our 3rd floor apartment. He was innovative, friendly, and had great attitude the whole time. Even helped us get a couple extra tiny carpet pieces in the closest. Was very pleased with all the documentation and the carpet looked fantastic afterwards.

Best carpet cleaners I have ever used. They called ahead, arrived, and efficiently cleaned 5 rooms, stairs and halls in 2 hours and showed great care in protecting the home. Carpets looked fantastic without residue. Highly recommend.
