The guys were absolutely awesome! They were the most courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive to the job company employees I've dealt with. They kept my husband informed of what they were doing and how the job was going. The pictures of before-and-after were embarrassing, but they made us feel it was normal for homes this age. While going downstairs to be shown what they did and see the ionizer they installed, my husband missed the last step and fell. They were quick to assist him back to his feet and were genuinely concerned for him. It was greatly appreciated! The air in the house even feels better, no smell when walking in the house, and less dust. It was worth every penny and would advise anyone to have this done.

We had great communication on the day of our appointment. Then Joel showed up and was as pleasant as could be. He did a great job of explaining his process, was patient with my questions and just a nice guy in general. We had a few stains we had worked hard on removing to no avail. Yep, they are gone now! The guys did such a great job cleaning our ductwork. They were quick, professional yet very friendly! They explained what they were going to do up front and made sure I was satisfied.
