The Zerorez team members are very personable and prompt. Our carpets are always cleaned well and the team will let me know if some areas may not clean as well due to the age of the carpet or normal wear and tear. The young man who came a couple weeks ago didn’t know if a couple stains would come out but he went over every area twice and there are no more stains. We just remodeled and purchased a very expensive cream colored sectional. The ottoman was stained from someone’s shoes and I couldn’t get the stain out. The cleaning instructions said to use water only. It came out beautifully when he cleaned it. I’ll keep calling Zerorez when I need my carpets and upholstery cleaned!

William (the technician) from ZeroEz came out to clean my carpets today and I was so impressed by the level of customer service provided! All my questions were answered and I was asked to identify all areas of concern. I also appreciated the level of care given when I was recommended not to use a certain product that was initially suggested based on the type and color of carpet observed by the technician. An alternative safer product was suggested and worked perfectly. Additionally I appreciated that I was given the opportunity to inspect all areas after initial cleaning was performed and asked to do a second spot treatment on any areas needed. After all was done I’m extremely happy and impressed with how clean my carpets are now. I take care of them well but they now look just as new as the day I moved in 6 years ago. Could not recommend this company enough!

Cam did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! He arrived during the expected arrival window and provided an overview of the process before beginning. The carpets look brand new and fluffy again! We took advantage of the July carpet cleaning sale, and we're so glad that we did. Another very positive experience with Zerorez of KC. They cleaned around 2,000 sq ft of carpet at Rolling Hills Presbyterian where I attend. The carpet had a number of spots of unknown origin. The results were amazing!! Could not imagine the carpet coming so clean. This area of the church serves as a play area for pre-school as well as for Sunday School and Boy Scout meetings. I also use ZKC at my home. Actually they will be at my house this week.
Carpets are clean and dry to a soft finish. No stiffness, no strong soap smell.

I love Zerorez! No sticky stiff carpets when they are finished. The gentleman who did my carpets, Mario, was professional, friendly, and very informative. My carpets look new! My sofa, chair and ottoman look brand new as well, it’s amazing! It was a super hot day and Mario never complained, but just kept working. He did an absolutely fantastic job.
