Carpet and rugs cleaned.

They showed up on time. Were very professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I had them clean our carpets as the prior homeowner had pets. Once they were complete, the pet smell was gone and the carpets were relatively dry.

Zerorez was super fast yet very thorough! Got up some pretty gnarly pet stain spots before they got out of hand. Tech called ahead, arrived on time, explained some options and got it done!

Good cleaning of older carpets. Professional, friendly technician. However, there was a miscommunication about one of the bedroom that wasn't cleaned and I had to schedule another visit. Although there wasn't a trip fee, I didn't know there was a fee for paying online. I would have paid directly if I had been told.

I liked the attitude of the serviceman that came. He was very efficient and hardworking, and very professional and polite. He did a great job.
