William did a great job. He was very courteous. He called to see if we would like him to come a bit earlier than our scheduled appointment. He was very polite during the call. When he arrived he introduced himself then looked around to see what needed to be done. He asked appropriate questions and wanted to be sure we wanted certain procedures done. He treated areas that we talked about then went about getting the carpet shampooed. He was very efficient and did an excellent job. We appreciated his efficiency and his work ethics.
