I have been using Zerorez of Kansas City for 10 years. They have been at my home multiple times and typically once per year. They have professionally cleaned by rugs, carpet, upholstery and air ducts. If you have not had your air ducts and/or dryer vents now is the time. Great technicians and processes. You will be surprised how clean they get your surfaces.

Like not having soap residue afterwards which makes carpet get dirty faster. The serviceman Castor was friendly & professional. He explained the process before starting. Had me look to see if all was satisfactory and offered to redo any spots I thought needed. He wanted me to be completely satisfied with the result and I was.

Clear sommunication. Arrived promptly. Did a thorough job.

I was easily able to pick the time I wanted for carpet cleaning. I received a reminder a day ahead (didn't need it) and our cleaner (Caster) called before he arrived. Caster cleaned our carpet alone! He worked diligently and carefully. He finished in less than 90 minutes. Our carpet is clean and fresh. Definitely would recommend Zerorez.
