Uses less water than other carpet cleaners so drying takes less time. No crunchy feeling from soap residue. Spot cleaner got dog vomit stains out of white carpet without any stains reappearing. Technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Prompt arrival, conscientious employee, good communication, reasonable price, and most important, the carpet looks GREAT!! Had been probably 15 years+ with a family of 5 plus a dog and cat and there was only one stain that couldn't be removed, but we were told the last time the carpets were cleaned that stain would always come back! The carpet looked fabulous!!
