I love that I can walk on the carpet four hours later. I've always use Stanley steamer and it has taken hours and sometimes the next day before it was dry.

EXCELLENT CLEANING

It seems to be a unique way to clean carpet. I liked everything except the false advertising on the price. If you are going to advertise a 3 room special, quote that price and stick with it. To add another $15 "trip charge" on to the bill is weak and shady advertising. Just include it in your advertised special.

Other than that everything was great and Mika was on time and very friendly and did a great job.

We had a high traffic stairway that had been seriously abused during our move process. The Zerorez carpet cleaning process made it look like new, without any stiff residue feeling. We could not be happier with the results!

I was very impressed from the beginning. Joel, my service tech, was so thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do in every room. He went over how to deal with every spot, and there were plenty, and I can't say enough about that! No one has ever taken the time to do that before. He certainly delivered on what he saId he was going to be able to do and not able to do. I am very happy with the completed job. I would definitely use Zerorez again, and will recommend your company to all of my family and friends.

The dry time was great. I could definitely see a difference in my furniture and area rug. They just looked much cleaner.
The only problem I had was that the technician kept putting the machine down so he could text. I was having a party the next day and had a million errands to run and things to do, so he could have been finished much faster, but every time I walked into the room he was working in, the hose was laying on the ground and he was texting. It was still a pretty fast process, but I think he should have waited to text till the job was done.

Quick drying. No harsh chemical smells. Carpet looks great.
