They are very considerate, explain everything they will be doing beforehand, and make sure you are completely happy with their work before they leave. I would highly recommend this company. The first guy who did our carpets did not do a good job. He whizzed through our initial discussion as well as the cleaning with a "get-er-done" kind of attitude (that could be attributed to a lack of personal investment and work integrity).
But when Joel and Mike came back they did an awesome job. They took the time to listen to my concerns and address them specifically with words and actions; they explained what could be expected as far as limitations and why; they re-cleaned everything that I was unhappy with the first time around and they did a thorough and professional job. I understand Joel and Mike were coming back to do a re-clean and so were trying hard to please but I got the feeling that they are probably always as attentive and invested in their work and I very much appreciate that kind of integrity.
So, your system is not broken but the individual application of the system varies. (I am sorry I don't remember the name of the first guy but I bet you have record of who he was.) Honestly, I probably wouldn't ask zerorez back to my house simply because I am frugal and a serious DIYer, efficient in cleaning my carpets. But I have already been recommending Joel and Mike at Zerorez to my friends with carpets and money to pay for a cleaning because your level of costumer satisfaction is superb even if it has to take a re-clean.

Mika was on time and very courteous. It was refreshing to witness a young man take such pride in his work. We are very pleased with the outcome. The fabric on our sofa & loveseat cleaned very well. The cushion on another sofa has a fabric that shows its age and does not look as "refreshed"...but no fault of the cleaning.

The carpet looks great! As I discussed with my technician, I hope there is no residual chemical that attracts dirt. This has been my complaint with other rug cleaning companies. Time will tell. One thing I would like to mention is the "$15.00 trip fee". I have never been charged a trip fee.

John was polite, efficient, was pleasant to have in our home, and worked very hard. Did an excellent job. I was a little concerned when I heard the cleaning solution had an odor, but was pleasantly surprised at how nice it smelled.

This is the second time I have used Zeroez on my rental property and the carpets held up great with very little to no dirt and soil spots returning after an occupancy of nearly two years. This is far superior to the typical cleaning services that I was using previously.

I haven't had enough time to see if old stains don't bleed through. I will admit I was very upset with the first cleaning and was left with very "streaky" carpet...but was truly impressed that a technician was sent out the next day to correct the problem.

I have used Zerorez before and was very pleased. Had them back this week to redo the carpets throughout the whole house. This time, I included cleaning the tile in two showers. As usual, the service was provided on time and the results were as usual...great!

The technician, John, was freiendly, knowledgeable, explained everything, including the charges before he started. The only thing he left behind was clean carpets, tile and a smiling customer!

Highly recommend their service and will continue to use them!

From the first phone call to the technician leaving after cleaning my carpets I was walked through the process and expectations. (I had bad pet stains from house breaking a puppy). The gentleman on the phone was very pleasant to talk to and deal with. The technician that showed up was Micah. He was amazing. He looked at the carpet and we talked about the potty places and what I could expect from the cleaning process and the after care. The carpets look amazing and my house no longer smells like a pet store. The urine smell is completely gone. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Zerorez will be my go to for carpet cleaning in the future.
