The carpet cleaning service was wonderful. Stains were removed and the carpet looks newer and fresher. I think the name of the carpet representative who did the cleaning was Chris Williamson. He was professional and worked extremely hard in cleaning the carpets. The outcome was great.

It wasn't a bunch of soap and junk put on my carpet. It was done quickly and Joel was very informative and nice to have in my house. He answered all of my questions and wasn't trying to do any add ons to the process. Also my wife was very happy with what was done. Thank you. I will recommend your company to my friends.

Everything was great - from making the appointment to the actual cleaning itself. The guy on the phone was great and answered any questions I had. Scheduling an appointment was easy. The guys arrived on-time and were courteous and professional. They cleaned my dinette and bedroom closet for free and gave me some helpful tips to keep my carpet looking good. They even gave me a free bottle of their empowered water solution to clean stains with. I will be using their services again next year.

I appreciated that the techs were very punctual and made quick work of cleaning all 4 rooms. They were thorough and got into the closets and even though I didn't expect a miracle on our very loved carpet it turned out really nice. I like how the carpets dried quickly and were not crunchy after drying, which indicated to me that there really wasn't chemicals left behind and no smell of them in any way either. I will most certainly call for our next cleaning.

The young men who cleaned the carpet were delightful---so courteous, no pushy sales pitch, professional, and yet knowledgeable. They worked quickly and did a beautiful job. I was very pleased, and would be happy to highly recommend them. Thank you for a very nice experience.
