The Zerorez technician, John P, was very friendly, informative and was clean and presentable. John was able to identify the stains and let us know where the carpet was very worn down but did a great job at restoring the clean bright color of our carpet. My husband and I were very pleased with the result.

My carpets look brand new! I was nervous it might take a long time to dry, and therefore small musty, but they were dry in 6-8 hours! He was very nice and professional.
