Eric was fantastic! He was friendly, thorough, and excellent with communication. He took great care of all our space, not just the carpet. He mopped up the footprints on the floor and moved the furniture in a way that was still organized and useful. Outstanding customer service! We love Zero Rez and highly recommend! (Also, it's so cool that they give you the carpet cleaner for spots and stains in a spray bottle and it is chemical free.)
