First and most important, the carpets look better than they even have after a cleaning! They dried pretty quickly - about 5 hrs or so and your rep was attentive and worked hard on the two dirtier traffic areas.

No crap left in carpets.

Eric, the technician, was very good to explain what he was going to do to prep the carpet and did a very thorough job in cleaning the carpet. We had pet urine odor in a few areas and he was diligent in cleaning those areas plus recleaned 2 areas to assure the odors were gone. With the 30 day free reclean guarantee, if the odor is still a problem a month from now, the company will come back to readdress the problem.
Prices were fair—did not have a lot of add on expenses like some companies have.
