My experience with Zerorez was great! Justin was well within the allotted time frame and gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way. My carpet looks like new! I had a few pet stains that I was unsure about, but Justin was able to offer a deep cleaning treatment especially for pet stains and the results were amazing. Justin was very polite and explained the process in detail, even pointing out the amazing results as he was cleaning. The process was very fast and the drying time was exactly as expected. My only regret was that I didn't have Zerorez clean that carpet in the other bedroom! I will have to save that for the next visit!

The right service at an excellent price. My carpets have never looked better. I was skeptical about their ZEROREZ solution and how it was made, but the carpets look (and feel) great, were dry in NO time, and they stay clean with my usual vacuuming.

My carpets look great !! We had many stains from animals and humans on a very light carpet. With the stain treatment and Zerorez cleaning process they are looking wonderfull :) They are a 10 !

Fantastic Service. He was very prompt, professional, and the carpets look great! I decided to have the extra coating placed on top of the carpet for protection, because he wasn't doing a hard sell and seemed very true. I am sure that I will use them again. I had them before and really like their service.
