They work! John did my house on Friday and actually got some stains I thought would never come out! He gave me a heads up 25 mins ahead of time when he was coming, was polite, explained what he was doing. Very positive experience.

We had 6 foster kittens in a carpeted bedroom and it was a mess with little kitten stains all over. Our appointment was from 2-5 but Maya called to let me know she could come earlier, which worked out perfectly. She told me exactly what she thought she could and couldn’t remove, and it was exactly as promised when she and her trainee (I can’t remember her name 😿) were done. Maya is friendly and personable and was was a delight to talk to. Awesome job all around to her and her trainee. Thank you!
