I was referred to the company by a friend. I set up appointment on line and listed desired cleaning areas. I had an estimate of cost and once cleaning tech showed up confirmed pricing. Tech also suggested an enhancement due to a pet stain. Hopefully this stain will not return.
We have always been happy the results we have received when using Zerorez.
However, this time we seemed to have more spots than usual that did not clean our of the carpet.
Maybe it's time for new carpet?

Several stains in our high traffic areas were removed. My family was away when I had the cleaning done, but they noticed how much cleaner it was right away when they returned. Mya was friendly and prompt, and she did a great job!
