Zerorez was very professional and courteous from the moment I called inquiring about their services. Castor was the technician that did the work in our home. We had all of the air ducts cleaned and the dryer vent, too. Castor was very nice, respectful of our home and we really appreciated it. On the last visit, the carpet afterwards was "crunchy" (John's word) and I was told that it may have been over pre-treated. We have our grandson and his wife living in the house now and John said that he would schedule a time to go back and redo. Zerorez is a stand up company. They show up on time and do good work.

Easy to book, price is always fair ( I dont have 3 rooms of carpet), tech does a great job and makes sure that all the excess water is cleaned up.
