Our experience is always a great one. BUT…I’m disappointed I had to go to an AMC theater to see a SOLD OUT Ronald Reagan movie. You guys missed out an a fabulous movie to show. We are going again and bringing even more friends.

Great sandwich. I ordered from the restaurant side on Friday at 5:45. Casablanca seems to have a more friendly staff. More eye contact, more smiles, more thank yous. It’s a noticeable difference. Not enough to be upsetting, but enough to mention here.

We LOVE The Grand and we love it even more since Santikos took over. Everyone is friendly, the rewards program is so nice. We have been 3 times since joining and already earned enough for a large drink on our most previous visit. We actually bought tickets for 8/31 by accident and arrived on 8/30 to see Twisters. The staff were kind enough to switch our tickets for us so that we did not have to make the drive from Alabama the next day. I’m a teacher and the best thing to do on a weekend after being on my feet all week is to kick back in a recliner seat and relax with my family.
