Wonderful service and costumer service everyone loved and enjoyed the event at the movie theatre.
Lot's of movie choices. On the downside, my seat, G7, Theater 15, the cushion in the back of the chair is in serious need of replacement. I moved to the empty seat to left so I could sit comfortably.
Service is great , lots of choices of what to eat during the movie, the theaters are clean and so are the bathrooms

Communication was quick and easy. The field trip process was streamlined and quick. We appreciated being able to come in and grab our snack and get seated. The only problem we had is we wished we had a little bit bigger theater. We had about 4 kids that had to sit on couches and didn't get the recliner.

I love that there are movie props at this location that get changed out! It's so cool! The update of the regular popcorn to a tub instead of a paper bag is appreciated too. I've always enjoyed going to Santikos!
Seats are super comfortable, It's always clean, the employees for the most part are courteous. The bathrooms are stocked and clean.

Customer Service Representative was diligent in assisting me process refunds as I purchased double tickets for the same movies. He was extremely attentive and friendly throughout our encounter.
Also, during our first movie, The Cleaner, the atmosphere in the theater was well monitored. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for our second movie, Captain America, 6:00 PM, CDT. The theater was hot and I did ask an attendant but there was no change.
