The options are theatres are nice with mystery movies now and a Imax screen. I wish we had more Imax screens and fresh popcorn because it’s always stale tasting.

I enjoy the Westlakes location more so than the “mega” theaters as it provides a more cozy atmosphere.

New Icee machines are great. Need to migrate Gift Coupons to enable Apple Wallet. Too much hassle to use them in theatre. Bar codes rarely work and hassle to keep track of in email.

I love this theater. Sometimes the seats don’t work but I’m able to move seats with no problems. Popcorn is always delicious and staff is friendly

I love Santikos Cibolo over any other movie theater but they really need healthier food. Pizza, gyros, chicken wings aren’t doing it. Get some chicken salads. The turkey burger patty is so hard it looks like it comes straight out of the freezer no taste.

I love the self-serve popcorn. I love that the theaters seem clean. I’m not a big fan of the website, shutting down overnight, because some of us like to buy our tickets the night before our movie. But overall everything seems to be working.
