Love the theater and staff…new app is atrocious
The staff is always courteous, friendly and helpful. The theater is always clean and welcoming.
It was an easy online ticket selection, with a simple, minimal process , and then at the theater a breeze to utilize going straight into the movie room just by showing info on phone.
Theater is clean and spacious, including restroom facility. Concession was efficient and well equipped, they even sell blankets for those in need of warmth, but forgot their's, or don't want to use personal one and could keep that on the ready in vehicle.
The Movie Rooms are kept clean between showings by a proficient and friendly crew. The seats are highly comfortable, with exceptional reclining ability,

The selected birthday package offered an assortment of benefits, while remaining cost effective. We enjoyed the variety of activities included, the accessibility to food/beverage, and the ability to have the theater to ourselves which accommodated the wide range of ages well.
One suggestion: the theater was very quiet; playing music through the sound system or visuals on the screen would have positively contributed to the party environment within the first hour in which the children ate, cut cake, etc.
I love the theater experience and The Grand here in Slidell, La is always clean and the staff try their best to keep the lines to a minimum. The service and concessions are always great.
We love the seats!! They are very comfortable especially for long movies!

I am a fan of the amenities that you have to offer. The bowling and the arcade are great to have. Some of our students first time bowling was this past trip. They all enjoyed the experience. The food is great as well. I know some of the students grabbed extra food and enjoyed it. I would love to see refills on the popcorn. I know it was a short trip and the container was a good personal size. Some were asking if there was a refill. Maybe that can be added in the future. The overall experience was great.
