Associates are usually very friendly and helpful and the theaters and bathrooms are always clean, as are the popcorn and drink stations, The seats are comfortable and the theaters are usually a great temperature - no freezing or sweating (VERY important to me).

A website that's easy to navigate for ticket purchases and seat selection (the best feature ever!), welcoming staff, spacious lobby and the theaters themselves- we love them. #1 part of ticket fee goes to charity, nice concessios, comfortable seats and clean. I also being able to refill your drink. I never go to another brand theater. I prefer the Embassy location in San Antonio, TX.
