Everything ❤️
Friendly staffs, amazing teachers!
I personally enjoy going to Body Mind Life Potts point as there are less people coming.
The space is amazing and the teachers are really helpful
great teachers, great facilities, great classes.
Great teachers
It was smoothly organized and the teacher was brilliant
Maybe have more pass options. Maybe have monthly membership option.
probably the best yoga class I have done - I loved that the instructor was constantly talking and explaining what to do, which muscles should be working, where to place hands etc - I was constantly thinking about my posture and position which was really good. I also loved that there was music playing.
The teachers
The facilities
My only complaint is the price. I come here for the amazing teachers, but it does feel overpriced and I know this is a reason various locals don't go here.
Great teachers, really encouraging and motivating - they make me look forward to class everyday
More options on passes.
More competitive prices.
Less people in the class - the class I went to was v crowded
Casual rate is quite expensive! A little cheaper would be great.
But the instructor was very good. And it’s a gorgeous studio.
From exiting the lift into the reception area, the experience in the studio is a pleasurable one.
More reasonable per-class cost... eg, 10-class pass for $250 for Reformer
Your Pilates classes fill up 6 or 7 days in advance which means I need to book a week in advance. This is a pain as I need to commit to a class a lot in advance and then have no flexibility to change schedule to accomodate busy family/work life. This is for bondi.
I have visited the Surrey hills and the Bondi Beach so far and it has been excellent welcome, great teaching and such beautiful studios! Food for thought as nothing in Brighton, uk compares to your beautiful studios ! Wowzzers I do hope to open a studio like yours one day in the uk ! Inspirational and is getting me back into shape after three weeks of Xmas excess !
Convenient, lots of choice and friendly
That there are many classes available and staff are supportive of all levels of experience
Great teachers, lots of class options available (times and studios), lovely, bright clean space.
Friendly staff, beautiful clean studio and challenging yoga routines.
simple easy and stream lined
I am not sure if hot yoga is for everyone. I believe the classes are quite hot for people who haven't been practicing, even the 28 degrees. Therefore I would still hesitate to recommend it to people without experience or fitness to it. I certainly like and enjoy it, but there is a specific demographic to that type of practice. The studios, teachers and staff are great! Hope it clarifies my views.
I really like the classes, but dealing with the admin side of things is a nightmare. I've found there's only one person on reception who can answer my questions properly. When trying to call up to book classes whilst my membership is on suspension the phones are almost always off which means I miss out on classes. Only being able to book one Pilates class per day is also a shame as I used to enjoy doing double classes when I had busy weeks and could only make it into the studio once or twice.
Beautiful studios, plenty of classes and amazing teachers for all levels!
Very friendly, and teachers are excellent
The classes and teachers
Classes are too big abs impersonal especially for the cost of the membership

I am beginning to find the classes too crowded and prefer smaller class sizes so teachers can see what you are doing and make adjustments as necessary. Also find the Essentials classes to not actually cater to Beginners at all - I have been doing yoga for years but with breaks and so always go back with Essentials classes. The last one I did made no mention of tailoring your asanas to your level, instead it felt like an endurance gym class. I guess I am just looking more for a yoga experience that is more about the the spiritual path of yoga rather than doing yoga to cool music beats and squeezed in like sardines. I find it a bit "sceney" too! I know that's beyond your control!! I appreciate it's hard when the studio is so popular but maybe some more daytime classes like miid0morning would help?
