The class was overcrowded - all on top of each other
The instructor wasn't helpful with finding space suitable
I think the class should have stopped letting people in at a certain point. It was unpleasant at that capacity level and I also think it is not safe - instructor can't ensure we are doing the moves properly and we can hit or kick each other
There are always classes available. It would be good if there are more yin classes scheduled in the evenings
Website is really not great to use. I find it annoying that when I browse the timetable and find a class that I want to book, there is no link to purchase a pass. You have to go back to the menu to buy a pass then navigate back to the timetable to book. Pass options should be at the top of the screen. On iPhone 7 its quite clunky and buggy to navigate. Seeing as most ppl use apps or mobiles, you may like to work on this.
Once in the Potts Point studio, its great. I've done yoga in all the studios around Sydney over the past 15yrs and I do enjoy the facilities, instructors and practice. It's probably one of the more 'serious' yoga studios and of the instructors I've been to, not many of them practice the 'fun' and 'playful' elements of yoga practice that I particularly enjoy, but well I guess you can't please everyone. Overall, I love the studio.
Amie Pederson Is the best instructor I have ever been to. I look forward to her classes on Saturday afternoons now. I’ve only been to 2 and felt amazing after both and want to continue coming back to them. :-)
High quality teachers
Variety and number of classes of offer
Great teachers; caring attitudes towards injuries and health. I trust the teachings I receive!
Great people, great classes, changed my life
Gorgeous airy studios and good instructors.
Only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because of the warm rooms. This is not suitable for all.
Class was too full, there needs to be a max capacity on classes or the instructor could have at least asked people in the class to make space. Instructor also needed to give more direction on how to get into poses rather than only giving a sanscript name and expecting you to know the pose.
Great technique and will correct posture
Wonderful teachers (shoutout to vicki s and vicki c)
Clean and good facilities
Excellent presentation and communication.
Accommodating and understanding
Love the Pilates classes but quite costly and requires a lot of organisation as often booked out a few days in advance.
Hi there, while I feel Potts Point studio is more positive than not, I have tried to get into a number of reformer classes and there's no space. For the membership fees paid, which are substantial in comparison to similar studios, this is really frustrating. I am also paying for meditation but there are no meditation classes in Potts point which is also challenging. While I understand the $25 cancellation fee to a degree, that amount is incredibly steep! Just some feedback, thanks.
The quality of pilates teachers is great.
Great space, great teachers, great timetable.
Quality of instructors. High standard of facilities.
very convenient platform for booking, and great teachers and reformers
I am really happy and love your space and teachers. teachers has great pace and rhythm to the classess. One or two especially on Wednesdays push the class like a fitness workout. Will they be able to slow down a bit so we can actually feel the spritual aspect of yoga more? A small shift can create big change to our days. I stead of feelimg muscle tired we can be more energized. Thank you.
I'm probably in a significant minority but I'm not a great fan of music in classes.
In some it is too loud and makes it difficult to hear the instructors. In others it is just plain irritating because of the tracks being played. Music is very personal. One person's calming track sounds to another like a vapid piece of new age elevator music.
But that is just me.
Otherwise classes are generally good - fyi I usually do the one hour lunchtime open class.
If you can have the opportunity to do more than 1 class for the beginners value, on the same day.
Very spritual and relaxing
Smaller class sizes. More adjustments from teachers
I love Chelsey Cameron’s classes!!
there is a bit too many people in one class .
Air conditioning and spray bottles. Twice in the past few weeks there has been no air-con because teacher can’t find remote or it’s broken. And changeover between classes is slow because of shortage of spray bottles to wipe machines. Such simple (and cheap!) stuff to get right. I’m paying a premium, I expect a premium experience.
More core focus classes would be awesome.
All yoga classes are heated and classes are very big

I really love the lunchtime classes, and the teachers are great, however they need to finish on time.
It is hard enough getting an hour off to go to yoga and change etc... without the class going 5-10 minutes overtime. Please let your instructors know to finish on time
