I loved my session on Saturday with Amelia, I felt great afterwards and I really like the zen space, I had been going to Fluid Form for quite a while but not a fan of the crowded/noisy space especially on a Saturday.
Teachers are fantastic -every teacher I have had at Mind Body Life has held an overarching very high skill base, I feel comfortable and guided in every class I have attended. I did 'mix it up' and attend a class at Redfern (instead of Bondi or Surry Hills) and didn't find the reception staff anywhere near as friendly and accommodating as the Surry Hills receptionists - but maybe they were just having an off day...
Overall great experience and will recommend.
More stretching at the end of pilates class
More moderate classes, the 30C open is very yang and the yin is of course very yin, would be good to have some classes in the middle
Very friendly, gorgeous calm space. So far instructors have been very kind and helpful and I look forward to many more classes.
For a Yoga Essentials class which is supposed to be beginners friendly, it would help greatly if the instructor demonstrated all the poses rather than giving verbal instruction. There were many times during class that I had to look around at the other students to know what to do however could not grasp who was performing the pose with good form.
It was hard to get in touch with anyone regarding an issue with my suspension of membership. No one replied to emails and automated responses was all I received.

I've juts started Yoga at Bodyminf,ice and I'm enjoying it so much I wish I could go every day.
Best part about it is the instructors...they have all been great so far...not one dud!
