It was quick, professional, and the results were great!
Tech was a little strange. But great cleaning.
Employee kept hounding me to come early and two min after he arrived , asked to use my bathroom. He had no personality. Seemed to be doing the job until we were out of sight and then quickly said he was all finished with the other two rugs when there was no way he could have. I was very uncomfortable having him there

We are return Zerorez customers and yesterday we once again scheduled a carpet cleaning. Ian was our technician and we couldn’t have been happier. Ian was right on time, presented himself professionally and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. The best ever!! WHEN SCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENT, NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT A "WINDOW" OF NOON TO 2:00PM---NOT UNTIL I CALLED THE COMPANY WHEN IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME. I WAS FRUSTRADED AT THE BEGINNING.
TWO YEARS AGO, I PAID $97.00 FOR THE SAME SERVICE THAT COSTS ME $183.00. THAT JUST ABOUT DOUBLED IN PRICE IN TWO YEARS ???? I'M NOT SURE I CAN AFFORD YOUR COMPANY IN THE FUTURE--SORRY
