Jake was my technician, he did a great job! The carpets look really good and he was very personable and professional. He was on time and he was in and out in about one hour. I have been using Zero Rez for a long time and I am very pleased with the service and the employees who are sent to do the job. Yes I will let my friends and acquaintances what I think of ZeroRez. Please do not share my name as I am not wanting any unwanted calls. Thank You and tell Jake I am really happy about the job he did for me. I could not have picked a better day for drying my carpets were dry in less time as the weather was so nice that I could open the windows and let the ceiling fans run. GREAT JOB!

Very fast and professional
We had to go and redo stains that were left in different rooms. The stains were the reason we had Eion come . The last two time Eion has come he has just got off a 12 plus hour day of cleaning and he was just wore out .
No residue. Able to walk on carpet very soon after cleaning. Fair price. Courteous helpful cleaning person
