Ian is so professional and a great personality
I like the machine that Zerorez uses that lifts the carpet fibers up and makes the carpet more fluffy. Also, the carpet looks and feels fresh.

Excellent cleaning no residue quick drawing. It’s a new end of way of cleaning. They’re the only ones I use the last six years my gentleman that was here was thorough clean good young man knew what he was doing in and out. Very happy with having them over to do that job I forget the young man’s name but he was an excellent at what he did cautious well spoken, nice young man.

I was disappointed that there wasn’t more of an effort to remove some of the stains. I understand that they all can not come clean. But, I don’t think I have to pay more money to have you come back out to work on stains.

Our Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about the kinds of carpets we had. The service and quality of our cleanings was top notch. My mother-in-law had her carpets done recently and I was there for that service as well, and was very impressed. I would recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.

I know you don’t move furniture but the guy didn’t even clean under my table. I thought he could at least move a chair under a table. Guess not. Otherwise it was great
Zac was amazing and listened to my concerns. He did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets.
The technician, Zack, did a great job getting some really dirty traffic patterns cleaned up and looking better. He offered several options for different areas in our home and went the extra mile to do a good job while staying within our budget.

Ian and Zach were professional, friendly, explained what would be done, placed wall corner guards wherever the hoses might rub and completed the cleaning in a timely manner. They explained drying time and how to speed it up and when it would be okay to move furniture back into position.
Our rugs are nice and clean and almost completely dry and virtually flat again...in another day we expect them to be back to "normal".
We have a cat and they did the rug in his room first so it would be dry by the time they finished.

Quick and efficient service
My carpets look great when the Tech is finished. He always makes an effort to make them look good.
The technician came on the early side of the window , time to do carpets was quick and carpets really got clean. Technician was polite and seemed knowledgeable.
The reason it is not a 10 as it took almost 32 hours to dry even with overhead fans on and there was a sticky residue that tracked all over and not easy to get off the other tiled floors.
We like your service and cleaning process. Carpets seem to take a long time to dry before replacing furniture.
