I had the wool area rug in dining room cleaned and am not with results. The edges of rug are still dirty looking. I had it cleaned last by someone who used a brush to clean the edges and it came out much cleaner.
The technician was very nice and am sure tried but I will try to clean to the edges by hand since I am not satisfied with the results.

Great service. We've had them out 4 times, now in passed 12 months. Twice for carpets, once for tile and most recently for furniture cleaning. They are our "go to" cleaning folks.
I love the idea of no soapy residue left behind to turn in to future new stains. And I love the “green”-ness of your methods 👍🏼👍🏼

Service people are friendly and helpful. What a refreshing change to have them come a little early for the appointment.
They were able to get me in in a matter of a couple days and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet.
I always recommend Zerorez, however this last go around I was hoping the carpet would have felt a bit cleaner. The previous person only lived in the home 6 months.

We are really like our new water softener
and the reverse samosa
we were going through at least 3 bags of salt and the water was way too soft,
