I like that when I scheduled a visit with Zerorez they confirmed the date and time via email and also called the day before. I also appreciate that they showed up when they said they would so I knew how to plan my day.

Each time we've had you clean our carpets, a very personable guy has done it. Both times, they were quick, professional and on time. This last time, James, explained other services you offer as well. He also did a heck of a job getting rid of a stubborn spot in one of our rugs.

I have been using Zerorez since 2003 (?) when it started in Orange County CA. I recommend it to all my friends. The best feature of this cleaning system is that it uses no soap, and therefore there is no residue left in the carpet.
The Technicians very pleasant! Asked about trouble spots then started to work! They were very knowledgable and very professional! I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who wants a good carpet cleaner!
