Very professional service! Carpets were done in about an hour, they look clean, smell fresh without heavy fragrance and were dried about 4 hours later. My carpets are wool and normally when wet, they smell like "wet dog". Not the case with Zero Rez. I am very happy and from now on I will only have my carpets done by Zero Rez.

Very fair pricing. The technician did not try to do any hard sell add-ons. He gave told us our options based on what we needed cleaned. We chose to clean the carpets and 2 chairs and not do the rug. He cleaned what we wanted, he did a good job, he was quick then left. Good company....good experience.

I like that the carpet is not too wet. I was able to move furniture back next morning. Carpet looks fresh and clean except for a few spots that have apparently been set.

After Zerorez cleans our carpets they stay clean much longer than with other carpet cleaning services. Zerorez also gets out stains better than other companies do.

Loved that the carpet was still soft after cleaning. We have lighter carpet on the stairs and had not cleaned them in about 3 years so you can imagine the color. UGH. Zero Res was able to get them back to their original color. Thank you!!
