We enjoyed the pleasant experience with the tech. that you sent to our home to complete the job requested. We found out that senior citizens do not count for a discount on a whole house cleaning which was a little disappointing. The main reason for not recommending Zerorez to others is the cost of the service which may be in line with other companies. We were treated very well and the explanation given for the service was very clear. We just could not afford any more. Thank you

I like the way my carpet looks and feels when they're done. They also did my cream colored 14 yr old couch and it looks great. I appreciate the Technicians call before they come and touch bases with me to clarify what needs to be done and cost. I like the reminder re: appointment. Good customer service is very important to me and I feel I received this.
on time cleaning was done efficiently. I had some bad spots which looked fine after cleaning. Carpet seemed to stay wetter for a longer time than last time. All in all -good

The technician was on time, efficient and friendly. He was able to remove all of the stains in my carpet. They also cleaned my tile 2 days later. That technician was also on time and friendly. He worked around me while I was getting my kids ready for school. I love the results! So clean!

My traffic areas were pretty soiled with ground in dirt and they cleaned up very nicely- better than I expected. I can now deal with this 13 year old carpet for a couple more years before having to purchase new carpet. Josh was very personable and gave me some tips on which carpet to purchase when my needs arrive. Thanks and word of mouth goes a long way.

I appreciate you rescheduling me for the same day when a worker called in sick. The technician -- John -- was awesome. So helpful. And very efficient and kind. What a great worker. And the carpet seems fairly clean so I am happy with that. Concerns:
1. The carpets were still wet in the morning. I don't understand why we weren't given fans to dry the carpeted areas. We were told 4 to 6 hours they would be dry. I understand that is an estimation. HOwever, 18 hours later, they were still wet.
2. Advertising -- I was never told that a chemical would be put down on my carpet before the water treatment. First of all , the citrus smell was overwhelming. And 2nd, no one at Zerorez seems to know what the chemical is. All natural. Not toxic. Then tell me what it is? Just because something is natural, doesn't make it safe. And especially since your claims, that Zerorez is safe, non-toxic, and green cleaning. Please let me know EXACTLY what the pre-treatment is. And let your technicians know. I am truly searching for a GREEN carpet cleaning company and a company that will disclose what they are using.
3. The technician should be wearing booties over his shoes while cleaning my home.
