I love the service I get and they do a great job too.
You made my carpets look like new. I was going to have to replace them but I think I just
need to have my carpets cleaned more frequently.
More effort made to remove spots would’ve been helpful.

Your carpet cleaning was great. However, was not pleased with the 5-day delay due to problems the technician had. Did not like the fact that my furniture was all over my house for 5-days. Guess it was unavoidable.

They actually put you on a cancellation list and call you if they can get you in earlier when they have a cancellation.
The high traffic area in the living room is not as clean as I had hoped.
It is looking better as it dries. He was done in record time.

name is Sterling ( I think) and he was incredible! He was extremely knowledgeable about the process and explained everything and asked if we had any further questions, and he did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend Zero Rez to anyone, and we especially liked the technician that came to clean our carpets.
