The carpet doesn't look very clean and it was entirely too wet
Very good cleaning products and the tech was professional and dedicated to make sure I was happy. Gave me instructions on what to do and not do for the next 24 hours after the cleaning to get the best results.

Sterling was great. He worked super hard to ensure our carpet was clean, fresh and looked like new. I love that he used a white towel to check for residual dirt that can’t be seen after the carpet is wet. He really went the extra mile! He was professional and seemed to take pride in his work. It was so refreshing to see a young person with such excellent customer service skills and an amazing work ethic. We will definitely be using zerores again and will refer all of our family and friends!
