It was very simple to book. Multiple choices for people who have to work so you don't have to miss work to get your carpets done. Technician called and asked if he could come early which was fine with us. Technician did a great job and great explanation on what to do for the following day
I love that it's cleaned in a way that the original spot won't attract dirt back due to hiding residue.

The story is too long, but when I booked the service, I was quoted the price, almost the same price as the last service, however, at the end of the service, the Tech advised that I added a hallway and the price jumped $30. Well, not true, but as a returning customer I suspect that I wasted the Cust. Rep. at the office's time, as well as mine when nothing changed since the last carpet service except I eliminated a room since my wife passed and her room was shut off from the rest of the house and didn't require cleaning. At 81, I may not be around to have my carpet cleaned again.
