Your carpet cleaning was great. However, was not pleased with the 5-day delay due to problems the technician had. Did not like the fact that my furniture was all over my house for 5-days. Guess it was unavoidable.

They actually put you on a cancellation list and call you if they can get you in earlier when they have a cancellation.
The high traffic area in the living room is not as clean as I had hoped.
It is looking better as it dries. He was done in record time.

name is Sterling ( I think) and he was incredible! He was extremely knowledgeable about the process and explained everything and asked if we had any further questions, and he did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend Zero Rez to anyone, and we especially liked the technician that came to clean our carpets.

I received an appointment for the work needed the very next day and didn't have to wait. My service person was careful with his equipment and the corners to my rooms. He was prompt in getting to my home and I trusted the work he did! I have had Zerorez clean my carpets now for about three times and I highly recommend them to anyone.
On time. Called to come early. careful not to bang up the walls and corners. The carpets are very clean. They guys were very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly I have used Zero for years and will keep using them.
