Professional and friendly staff. Sterling the person who cleaned my carpets was great!
This was my first time having a carpet cleaned. I thought that Ian did a good job and worked hard. I expected the carpets to be dry in 4-5 hours as advised. In fact, the carpets did not dry fully until after more than 30 hours. I vacuumed the carpet several times the next day. I have a vacuum with a water filter so I can see what is vacuumed up. Plenty of sand still came out of the carpet after cleaning. I would have liked an instruction to vacuum the carpet to get out this loosened dirt. Overall, this was a good experience and I have nothing to which to compare it since I have no experience.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. You came when you were expected, you contacted me if there were questions. Zerorez was actually recommended to me by my daughter who has always be pleased with their work.
We had our bedroom carpet and tile cleaned a few years ago by zerorez and had a horrible experience with the technician. He was on the phone the whole time with his wife and ruined one of our expensive rugs. I was never going to use you again but decided to try once more upon the advice of a friend. I am so glad I did.
The young man that came to do our carpets was awesome. He was very thorough and checked if our rugs were wool or synthetic before cleaning them. He was careful moving them in and out of our home. He was able to get grease spots out of our hallway carpet. The price was great. I would highly recommend zerorez.

Very friendly and professional staff, this most recent time got most the stains out, they offered to come back for complimentary follow up for some tougher stains if they didn't lift. I'll be asking them to come back as a few did not lift the first time. I have been using Zerorez for two years now. They will be the only carpet cleaning I will use as they are all natural ingredients and non-toxic which is very important to me.

We loved the idea of no chemical residue being left in our carpet. The technician was great and so efficient. He addressed all of our carpet concerns and was very thorough leaving our carpets in great condition and so much cleaner. Very pleased with this service. Everything was handled very professionally.

Zerorez came into my home, asked where they were cleaning, and promptly got to work. They did a beautiful job and were done in about 2 hours. They made sure to put corner protectors up so that the hoses wouldn’t damage walls or wood. They were excellent!
Different quote than what they showed by over $100.00! Did a fair job but left many areas still wet 10 hours later. Disappointed some areas didn’t get much cleaner!
