The quality of the instructors!!! Absolutely love what I call my Ying-Yang class workout routine. You have amazing strength training classes. I love the fact that you offer some strength training classes without cardio. They are truly challenging & quality classes. Then I can go to your restoration type yoga classes from restoration yoga, better backs, and fashia release. (in September 2025 you changed the class schedule and I do miss the Monday 9:30 AM Restorative Yoga Class) I'm 55 years old and I've been out of shape and I can't tell you how that combination has helped me continue to work out. Besides the classes which I could go on and on about with raving reviews, I enjoy the selection of machines, the cleanliness of the locker rooms, the modern aesthetic in the Novi and Northville clubs and I'm anxious to try out the red light therapy and try the soon to be opened clean eating eatery in your Novi location.

Friendly staff.
The associates are very friendly and courteous very will to help you out. The gym is clean, machine update a little iffy at times before being repaired.
Close to where I live so that is convenient, also have some friends there which we now have a friendship going and even try to be at the gym together.

Everything! Great equipment, good schedule of classes, friendly membership, excellent staff. My two favorite things are Jami and Wade. I have been taking Jami’s 9:00 spin class for years and it is the best class in the country - fun, great music, positive energy, great workout. And I’ve started training with Wade this year and he is amazing - so encouraging, a great teacher, makes training fun and has inspired me to change my life!
