I very much so enjoy fitness factory. The gym is friendly, inviting and clean. It is rarely crowded, and I find there is a great selection of free weights and machines.
Additionally, Hector who works front desk always goes above and beyond. He is very warm and helps create a great, family type environment to work out in. Multiple times he has assisted me when I've needed help, and he does so with positivity and enthusiasm.
Lastly, i enjoy taking Tuesday night HIT/Pilates classes at 6pm with Juliana. They're wonderful classes and I try to make it every week! Wonderful perk

Very clean, all equipment is new and a lot to choose from. The turf area is huge. Staff is friendly, ample spacing between equipment

It starts with the people. The staff is great. The front desk staff is professional and friendly. My trainer Paola Molluso is the best. She is developing a workout routine tailored to me individually. She has the expertise and is also very professional and friendly. I look forward to working with her. Of course, the gym is clean and there is a vast variety of equipment that is in working order. Glad to see that FF is expanding. Thanks.

My happy place!
It is refreshing to walk into the gym and seeing all of the renovations. I really enjoy the classes and instructors. One concern I have in the pool area is how dirty the vents are and the peeling paint in the ceiling. It has been like this for at least a year. Are there plans to do a deep cleaning in the pool area? Thank you and look forward to your response.
There is a good selection of machines and free weights, so I can get on the machines as needed. The faculty is clean and the staff is helpful

Convenient, clean
The gym is big, has everything you need as far as weights, equipment, cardio, lots of space, never feels super crowded but there are alot of members. Most importantly not too many members sitting on a machine surfing on their cell phones. Clean environment and now some new renovations to make an even better gym. The management does a great job. I recommend some new bars upstairs for the cable machines. Great juice bar and Kevin does a great job greeting members.

The gym is very well maintained and has lots of equipments.
The hospitality is great, always greeted when coming through the door. Shakes are the bomb, so delicious. Not overly crowded every time I attend. Various equipment and weights are available also.
