The classes and the facilities. I really enjoy cycling on Tuesdays at 5:30 with Syndey. Pilates with Michelle. Yoga on Saturday with Cody or Teresa.

Excellent Gym, great price, and great people.
Only criticism would be the groups of people on 1 machine for over 20 minutes and no one is really doing anything on it. But don’t think there is much you can do about that.
There is a huge selection of classes and equipment and your hours are better than most places around.

The equipment is all well maintained with many options. Also, the staff is not pushy about getting a personal trainer but are helpful when I do need to ask for help with changing credit cards on my account etc. I have personally recommended Fitness Factory to anyone that is moving to Hoboken and looking for a gym.
