Your facility is very open and clean. It's not overcrowded. They have a good variety of machines. I usually do not have to wait to use a machine. If I do, it's not very long. The staff are always courteous, and professional.
Help is always available, staff are courteous.
Instructors are very kind and patient as well as knowledgeable. Suggestion, it would be nice if someone would stop by the floors and walk around to see if someone may have a question on a machine or quick assistance.

The gym is from 1-10 is 20 everything you need
New equipment, facility has a good layout so it isn't too crowded or crammed. I can always get my workout in.
