There is so much offered at Peak for health and well-being. Weight training...cross-fit...group exercises, spin class, lap swim, pickle ball, racket ball, wet & dry sauna and etc. Amazing!
Gym is super clean, nice open space, beautiful machines. My only negative is the temperature of the locker room and bathrooms. I assume due to the sauna but it gets way too hot in there.
There are a lot of diff types of ppl from diff communities and it’s just a really diverse & also welcoming gym that caters to a lot of diff needs like the “posing room”/“yoga thing” with the fight club punching bag &boxing gloves as well as the cardio machines with the movies +the massage chairs and all the yoga balls ect. It’s definitely one of my favorite gyms to go too.
