State of the art gym! Very clean, very nice staff. Great atmosphere.
I love how many classes are available to members! There is a class for everyone to attend no matter their schedule. If you’re not attending a class the gym is perfectly equipped for any workout you could think of!
I love there is childcare. I just wish there was childcare on Tuesday and Friday mornings as well

Good gym has what I need. Not too expensive.
The entire staff makes you feel welcome and cared about at every visit. The facility is always clean, safe and the equipment is well maintained. Although, I have not tried any of the many classes that are offered I have heard from members they are quite good. One of these days I will give it a try. There are not enough adjectives to describe training with Kristen! She is caring, understanding, encouraging, fun and makes you want to keep coming back because she truly believes exercising is good for your physical and mental well being! Kristen is not someone just showing up and having you do the same routine as everyone else…she plans each session around your needs and always checks in with you before and after your session to see how you feel and what YOU need to work on. She and the Fitness Factory are truly an asset to our town.
Signing me up and giving me a package of training sessions was probably one of the best Christmas Gifts ( 2020) from my children. I have continued my membership long after their gift sessions ended! Perhaps you could use “Give a Gift of Health” package as a Promotion!

I love this facility for my daily workout! Lots of equipment and friendly staff. My only wish would be to have a few ellipticals on the main level as walking up and down the stairs to the mezzanine is hard on my knees.

Very clean,organized and there is enough different equipment around to get thru a work out with minimal wasted time.

The whole atmosphere, the trainers, the equipment, basically all, except the music! It is not the kind I like to listen to and it’s toooo loud! But I have learned to tune it out!

Convenient, clean, has all the machines I need and I don't have to worry about waiting too much. Lots of locations helps alot
I like the manager and teams friendliness towards me when leaving. I think it would great if when I don't come in for a period of a week that someone calls me to make sure I'm okay. That shows accountability and caring...proactive support holding me to a higher standard. People want to know you care about them. This creates trust.

Amazing Gym and Good Tier Equipment, Nice that they have a pool as well.
The fact when I walked in the vibe was nice. The gym is smaller than the Novi, but the guests appear to be nicer. Your smoothies and sandwiches are delicious. There is a changing area. Cleaner and the women’s bathroom is not cold.
The staff starting from the front desk including Peter and the instructors such as Mike and Laura are inviting, motivating, helpful and
Knowledgeable. They even know many members names by heart. They make for a value add community gym vs cold uncaring options. The cleanliness of the gym has also improved although continued attention needs to be paid to the rest rooms, classroom floor and wipe refills. Lastly the classroom should be locked in between classes as mon attendees enter and leave equipment and used tissues all over. Some even conduct their own personal training classes without FF personnel.

Very clean facility. I use the pool for water aerobics, and the locker room is always being cleaned. Instructors are really nice.
