Erika and Ellen are wonderful! My back is full of knots and my neck is always super tight. I rarely feel sore after a 90 minute massage and I always feel so much better and less tense. Somehow they work out the problem areas without causing a lot of pain. Highly recommend these two ladies!
In this season of my life, the monthly 90-minute massages with Frieda are being paired with monthly visits to my chiropractor. Cupping helps to bring all my problems to the surface and Frieda puts all of her energy into eliminating them! The front desk staff is knowledgeable and kind. I look forward to my visits to Elements Massage. They are PT for my body and soul!

Received just what I needed. The masseuse was great and applied just the right pressure!. She was professional and friendly.
Kenzie is great! I'm pretty messed up in my shoulders and glutes, and she works on them with cupping and massage techniques. I feel like we made a lot of progress in my muscle tension and I've booked another appointment.
The check in experience is really awesome and the best part is my massage therapist (Kylie) who does an amazing job!

The staff at Elements Massage are always so friendly, and booking an appointment is super easy. I saw Leo for a deep tissue massage, and he did an amazing job helping with the tightness in my hamstrings and glutes. And the best bonus of all is getting to see their furry greeter, Lorelei! She's probably the main reason I come in for a massage.
