The experience overall was very peaceful. Easy to check in. Receptionist was very friendly and calming. Did not have to wait long at all. Therapist Lily was professional and provided a great massage. Unlike other massage institutions there was no attempt to upsell products or services, which was refreshing! Room set up is clean and modern. Only additional suggestions would be to lower the music volume in the therapy rooms and possible add aroma. Overall great experience!

I had an excellent experience at Elements Massage. I booked a deep tissue massage with Jessica, who was absolutely amazing. Jessica is a true professional, she is attentive, skilled, and clearly very experienced. She took the time to understand the areas I wanted to focus on and delivered one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. Her technique was both strong and precise, and I felt the results immediately. I can highly recommend this place, and especially Jessica, to anyone looking for a high-quality, therapeutic massage. I’ll definitely be returning!
