Kris was awesome! My first experience with cupping. Highly recommend, I have been pain free and my posture is back to normal. After suffering for 3 years with shoulder pain this was a welcome relief. Kris was very kind and listened to my concerns. She explained the benefits of cupping and recommended shoulder mobility yoga to keep it from freezing again. Thank you Kris!!

It was the best massage I’ve had! Kylie was so professional and asked me questions to help guide her massage choices, and checked with me often to make sure I was comfortable, she was using the correct pressure. I could really feel the massage working, but it was never uncomfortable. I had cupping done, which also helped with my ongoing shoulder pain.
