Where do I even begin? From the booking experience, to the massage, to checking out, Everytime I book my appointment, I am always treated friendly and professionally. The front office staff is patient, knowledgeable and always answers my questions. My massage therapist has been Osi and I am over the moon happy with him. He is so kind, non judgemental and his first priority is knowing how I am doing. He listens to my concerns I have regarding my care and he comes up with a good plan for my massage session. Throughout my massage he makes sure im doing OK and that the level of pressure is perfect. He focuses on the areas that need attention and utilizes different techniques that help my trouble spots. Osi is amazing and I will continue to keep booking with him! When my session is done and I am checking out, I am greeted with water as well as after care suggestions. Re-booking, Payment, gratuity etc is all super easy and then I'm on my way with the rest of my day feeling amazing. 5 stars for this location and 10/10 for Osi!! Book with Osi, you WON'T regret it!

A wonderful experience, Alise was so helpful and got right to work on neck shoulder area, I had gotten a knot the day before and explained how it was getting worse, she worked it hard and I can tell she was in the right stop, by that afternoon it was soo much better, I'm going to keep this up, with my old body needing it,

The staff is extremely professional and friendly. I went in for my appointment with a back that was completely locked up. The deep tissue massage from Stephanie was amazing. The next day I woke up feeling like a new person. I would highly recommend Elements Massage!

Steven was very knowledgeable. His approach to our session was firmly in the vein of sports medicine, which I appreciated and needed.
After working six months of 7 twelve hour days I had a lot of muscles that needed to be untangled.
Steven did a great job, and had several good pointers on how to avoid problems that, as an adult, I feel like I should have already known, but didn’t.
I will be implementing his advice going forward.
I recommend Steven, particularly for construction workers like myself.
