From start to finish the whole experience was wonderful! The front desk staff was lovely, extremely helpful, and gave me a tour. Nellie was my massage therapist and she did AMAZING! It was my first massage so I didn’t know what to expect, but she explained it all before we began and made me very comfortable. I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time. She did a great job and kept me covered when she wasn’t massaging an area and kept my privacy the whole time. After the massage she told me things to do to ensure I got the most out of the experience. I will definitely be back!

I always enjoyed the staff at elements massage. Very friendly.

The only disappointment was when I got sick unexpectedly and couldnt make my appt. I literally got sick early that morning and it couldnt be helped, they werent very understanding at all and were more worried about filling the time slot and missing out on money. Like I did it on purpose. The lady on the phone was rude and insensitive.

So I terminated my membership.

This last planned appt I went to was amazing, as always.

Massage therapist (Noah) made the most of every minute, adjusted pressure level and technique as needed and finished the session with cervical traction.

Tevin is amazing! The spa is clean, and well run.

atmosphere, comfort, service massage!

As a first time client, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I was happy that my SpaWeek gift card was accepted since I had been holding on to it for several years. I added an extra service to my one hour session and the hot stones were heated to the perfect temperature. Melissa’s firm touch was just right which, combined with the heat, released a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. I will be back in a few months. Also, I want to buy a gift card for my friend’s birthday in the near future.

Emily is a wonderful Esthetician. Her technique, kindness and knowledge make for a fantastic facial - every time!

My experience was excellent from Glen and another lovely lady at the front desk to my massage with Robynn. She took the time to listen to my recent health /post surgical concerns and issues addressed them gently. I look forward to more sessions with her :)
