Great first experience
I have a membership at Elements Massage on Briar Village Point. The desk personnel are always friendly and always ask if I need to use the bathroom prior to my massage. I have been receiving massages from Traci for about the last year and enjoy her massages immensely. She always asks about the firmness of pressure and whether there is an area of my body that she should concentrate on. I generally get the one-hour massage and sometimes the enhancements as well. She is very professional and easy to talk with. Every time I leave her massage room, she reminds me to drink plenty of water and to soak in Epsom salt bath. Sometimes the office has small packets of Epsom salts to take as you leave which is helpful. Nancy

I was looking for a good massage place that was easy parking, well run and had god therapists. Elements has proved to be such a place. My therapist is great and I've had many massages over my life time. Place is lovely, quiet and clean always. I will continue my monthly time there.

My daughter and I just lost my father (her gradfather) after being on hospice. We needed some relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to be both attentive and personal with our care. This place was obviously very well managed and welcoming to not just the customers but the staff as well. When the staff is happy the customers know. It was classy and fun at the same time. We spent several hours there. Best facial I have ever had. We left feeling good on the inside and the outside. Just a great place. I plan to return to have my hair done after being able to express my needs to the salon staff and feeling hears as a blonde. This place does it all.
