I had a great experience while getting my first massage at Elements. The staff at the front desk was super informative and very friendly. They explained all the ins and outs of going with a membership. There are so many benefits. My massage was very nice and helped my tense muscles for sure. I only would have preferred that the therapist not talk so much. It's much more relaxing to me to have quiet. Other than that, I was pleased and will going back!

Abel was fantastic. With over 15 years of experience, it really showed. He took the time to ask all the right questions before we started, listened to my concerns, and focused on the trouble spots that were bothering me most. I left feeling relaxed and noticeably better. I am always greeted by the lovely Front Desk staff. They are so friendly and check me in quickly.
My very favorite therapist is Becky Whitmore. She is amazing. She intuitively works where I need it most, helping so much with old injuries. The relief lasts for days. She also has had some great suggestions for stretches to help support in between sessions. She also has a lovely sense of humor. She is the best and I see her regularly.
Even though I moved out of tge neighborhood, I always go to the Desert Ridge location because of the quality and friendliness.
