I enjoy my time here. I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff greeted me warmly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My massage therapist was skilled, attentive, and really listened to what I needed. Every movement felt intentional, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely relaxed.The rooms were spotless, the music soothing, and the overall vibe peaceful. I would like to say how grateful for all of the assistance Caleb has been for my health. I have scoliosis and also a triathlete as well as marathon runner. I am 65 so training can be very hard on my body. Caleb has been able to keep my scoliosis and hip rotation in check so I am able to do the training I need to compete. He uses Active Release and Muscle Activation techniques that my body responds well to. I look forward to his assistance as I prepare for next year’s triathlons and especially the Boston Mararhon this spring!
