My dog Peanut has been coming here for about 3 years now and i know she can be a grouch about 85% of the time .. but everyone has been patient with her and now she looks for everyone to greet her when she comes through the door!! She’s loves it there and so do i.... THANKS PRD crew for all that you do!
Have not used very much during covid. In the past you offered some of the most convenient hours for pickup and drop-off. Not aware if that is changed. Glad you dropped the influenza shot.
I like everything! The fact that my mini golden doodle loves it is my number one reason, but I so appreciate the staff. To walk in and see familiar faces, always with smiles on them makes me feel comfortable and secure that they know what they’re doing and obviously like it.
When I have had questions or concerns, I am quickly given an explanation on why or how something was done the way it was.
My dog, Murphy, and I both consider it to be a
“Happy Place”!
I love the exceptional care Ollie receives and the benefits he gets from interacting with other dogs. He's content when we pick him up and well exercised from a day of play.
I’ve recommended y’all many times. It’s so clean, the staff so friendly and conscientious. And my dogs pull on their leash trying to get in to see all the other dogs. Also, y’all are so good about staying on top of all your regulars vaccinations.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that treats my dogs like they are their own.
Birdie loves going to daycare! She jumps out of the car each time and runs in excited! They take care of her and always greet her by name.
The staff is amazing. Always friendly. I know Lulu is in great hands.
Staff were very friendly, and it was very clean. I loved that I could check in on my dogs with the cameras while I was away to make sure they were having a good time and safe.

They are the best. Chester loves the staff and I trust them. He jumps out of the car when we arrive and runs to the front door with his tail wagging!

Pet Resort Dallas on Mockingbird is the absolute best! They genuinely care about the dogs and the owners, they maintain communication and updates if anything warrants an update (ie: phones up or down, etc), to keeping the webcams working so we can watch our dog(s) play and interact with other dogs and people... Absolute best staff and managers ! Highly recommended!

Maximus loves boarding with the All American pet resort in Royal Oak. He gets so excited when we arrive in the parking lot for drop off.
