The service was easy and fast! I was measured in 15 minutes and being that it's prom season it was impressive. When I put on the suit it fit perfectly! I felt like a million bucks!

The tux package was good quality. The Staff was very professional and accommodating although overwhelmed by too many customers. Headquarter should hire more staff for prom months or allowed appointments for prom, too busy and long wait time in store is a consideration for not returning. Upper management should solve this problem for next season and not turn a blind eye to the current conditions where the staff is overworked while dealing with angry customers.

We came into your Downey store the week of April 25 ….my son had prom that Saturday on the 30th and your new manager Marco Ramirez is absolutely amazing. I called the store and he was very attentive, friendly and professional and later on that evening we came in for sizing . Apparently he is a new manager at this site ….we had used this store back in October 2021 for another event and did not have the same customer experience as we did this time which was much more pleasant. He is a real asset to your store ….I told him he was very professional and excellent to work with….. after Covid and the lack of customer service there seems to be these days he was a total breath of fresh air big time. I told him that he is going to do well in his career and future with the type of customer service he provided and encouraged him to continue to be an excellent asset to your company …..you should give him a big raise and make sure he doesn’t leave. Reward your good employees and keep them. He was constantly smiling, is very thorough, attentive and works well under pressure as it was obviously prom season and there was a lot of people in the store waiting.

The only problem is the booking demanded I return very early, which was inconvenient. he seemed unable to set a later pickup date so I could return a day later.
